Hi, I’m Kayla.
I help athletes, performers, and high-performing individuals develop the mental capacity to perform, adapt, and grow in demanding environments—without losing themselves in the process.
I take a practical approach to mental performance, helping people develop skills they can actually use when pressure is high, uncertainty shows up, or life becomes demanding. To me, you're a person first, and I support the whole person.
I'm a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with a Masters in Human Kinetics. I have an undergraduate degree in Recreation and Sport Studies. I have over 10 years in the industry and I love what I do.
